• Information from interviews, assessments, and background checks

• Testimonials or other relevant supporting documents I provide

Chadol may obtain this information directly from me, from publicly accessible sources, or from third-party entities such as professional reference providers.

I agree that my personal data may be shared with Chadol offices globally for the purpose of assessing and matching my skills with opportunities.

Additionally, I consent to the transfer of my personal data to potential clients or third parties selected by Chadol, in jurisdictions both within and outside my home country, for the purposes of evaluating my candidacy for possible assignments. Such transfers will only occur with appropriate safeguards in place to ensure the protection of my personal data.

I authorize Chadol to communicate with me about potential interim management roles and other opportunities via email, telephone, or other means of contact provided by me.

Chadol will retain my personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose of providing interim management, business development, or consulting services or as required by applicable law. I understand that I may request the removal of my personal data at any time, except where retention is legally required.

This obligation will remain in effect for five years following the disclosure, except where the information becomes public through no fault of my own or as permitted by law.

I acknowledge that I have the right to request access to my personal data, correct inaccuracies, request erasure, or restrict processing, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. I understand that Chadol may establish new offices in the future, and I consent to sharing my personal data with these new offices provided they adhere to Chadol's internal privacy and data protection policies.
